You guys made my stay excellent. I liked how the hotel looked, well-maintained place. Accommodating and efficient staff who were always there to help. Had recently refurbished superior suite with fridge, big couch, for instance.

Our room had a good view, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and the restaurant/lounge provided surprisingly good food. We stayed in 8 hotels during our trip and this was the best.

Great for location.
Habour wing building is really bad, but the tower building is ok. I booked the room in wing but upgraded to tower building.

Family with kids will enjoy it
The breakfast was like nothing I've ever had. Hot options every day, and it got everyone ready for the day. Plus, they had a little kitchen in the room , made it easy for us to keep snacks for the kids. The kids had their own room with a pullout couch, so we didn't have to cram together. What a relief, it made our evenings so much easier.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the value we got, I'd say it was reasonable.
